Each card is shown to at most 25 members. A private claim stops the card being shown to any more members for 90 days. It's a head start, not ownership: the complaints behind every card are public.
How payment works
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles payment, VAT, and invoices. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time, and you keep your plan until the end of the month or year you've paid for. Our refund policy explains when a payment can be refunded.
